Whitby Wood needed a writer to support the in-house marketing department in sharing their mission to provide ‘engineering as though people matter’. Working under their Head of Marketing Strategy, Jane Joyce, I spent the better part of 2023 learning the ins and outs of the industry.

For Whitby Wood, I produce a full range of written material. From project pages and CVs for bids and the website to news stories and social media posts. The best part of my work for Whitby Wood is talking to and getting to know the many exceptionally talented people who work there – and learning about the work they’re doing to shape our built environments.
